Three weeks ago, my best friend got married, and I got to be a bridesmaid. I’m going to post pictures as soon as I get them, but for now, I get to obsess. Ever since the wedding, Chris has been talking a LOT about getting married. We both know we’re not in the right place right now, but it’s something that we’ve been filing in the “soon” folder that’s coming out. Strongly.
I’m the girl who’s been planning her wedding for years, but Chris and I agreed to put it on the back burner for a while because I was going crazy on a regular basis. And I wasn’t allowed to obsess about it for hours days weeks at a time. Until now. Mwahahahaha.
So that’s what I’ve been doing for the past 3 weeks. Looking at wedding porn and dreaming about what our wedding will look like. So I decided to start a series. Basically just pretty things that are pretty. Some of which may or may not be relevant to my future wedding.

I fell in love with these when I was surfing the web a few weeks ago. I’m a big fan of certain aspects of all of these bouquets. I love the design of the first with the roses and the feathers, but I wish it was bigger. I love the sheer size of the second one, and the wires/twigs around it are awesome, but I don’t like that it’s multiple colors. The third one is just adorable, but I love bigger feathers, and the fourth has a super cute handle, and (for other people) I like the different variety of the same color flowers.
Certain aspects of these bouquets will be seen in my future bouquet, but you’ll have to wait to see that *wink wink*
Oh, also, I plan to get my flowers from Costco (for around $13 a dozen) and make my own bouquets (you can pre-order flowers from Costco) using the techniques in this video:
